Central Characters (Three Heroes)
Grace a young woman in her early twenties, a highly talented singer songwriter, her emotions are a collision of several forces—internal doubt, social media peer pressure, and a shrinking sense of self. A heavy, sinking sense that she is not enough. She feels as though every part of her life that once anchored her has loosened at the same time. To compounded matters she is left distraught and lonely following the breakdown of her love affair with Rennie ballet dancer who end up taking her own life.

Grace's liberation comes from restoring her self-worth and fulfilling her dream after being discovered in the wine bar bar where she has a residency and becoming a major recording artist
Harry (Eagle)
Harry is a young city trader in his mid twenties whose life is a cocktail of adrenaline, ambition, and pressure, - sharp suits, fast decisions, long nights in glass towers — but beneath that sheen sits a world that demands stamina, nerve, and a kind of emotional armour most people never have to build. The expectations of overwhelming pressure with an emotional flooding of self doubt and despair
After enduring overwhelming pressure, self-doubt, and despair as a high-flying city trader, his liberation comes from finding the strength to break away and become his own man.
He achieves his ambition by becoming a successful financial broadcaster with his own news program, "EAGLE’S CITY EYE."
After his intense hunger for fame leads to painful disillusionment, his liberation comes from transforming into a man with a mission. He channels his experiences into creating the "BLACK FEATHER FOUNDATION," a mentorship program dedicated to supporting young Black youth.
Lord is young, cool black rap/ soul artist in his early twenties who is at the crossroads of ambition, identity, and illusion, his inner world, the self‑inflicted pressure to satisfy his hunger for fame, His burning certainty the belief that fame is not just a goal but a calling. The young artist grows up seeing fame as the only doorway out of limitation, out of invisibility, out of generational struggle and becomes a kind of salvation and realism which slowly transforms into a painful disillusionment.
In the final scene, the stage plunges into darkness, leaving only the three heroes illuminated by individual spotlights., signifying their liberation and achievements. A large white feather floats in the air above them. The full cast perform the the finale song 'WE WILL NOT FALL'
